specifically created to provide you with the tools, information and
feedback you need to make the most of your nonprofit job search.

This two-hour workshop is designed to help those who are searching for a
job in the nonprofit sector  - you may be entering the field after
college, changing positions within the sector, returning after some time
out of the workforce, or transitioning from the for-profit sector.
Participants will receive an overview of the nonprofit sector in
Massachusetts, develop an "elevator speech" to use in marketing their
candidacy, discuss effective job search strategies, enhance their cover
letters and resumes, and share questions and answers about finding a
position in the nonprofit sector. Participants should bring a sample of
a recent cover letter and their resume.

The cost for this session is $50. There is limited seating for this
workshop. To reserve your spot, please RSVP to Halley at

payable to ESC of New England which must be received no later than a
week before the workshop. An email confirmation will be sent upon
receipt of payment.  

*	A Job Fair for Mature Workers will take place on March 9, 2010
in downtown Boston, organized by Operation A.B.L.E. of Greater Boston.
A special reduced registration fee is available to smaller to
medium-sized nonprofit employers.  (Both nonprofit and for-profit
